The Omnibus Spending Bill has now been signed into law finalizing a five-year extension of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. The new expiration date for the program is December 31, 2025.
The bill also extended the Federal Empowerment Zone program (FEZ) for 5 years, and the Indian Employment Credit (IEC), and Disaster Relief Tax Credits for one year.
